When should I use React Pluggable?

You should use React Pluggable when you want your development approach to be feature-based. It can also be used when you have a big team and want a given member to focus on one feature without the need for him/her to learn everything about the system.

Can React Pluggable only be used with React?

You can use React Pluggable with other JS apps as well and it is not very different from its usage with React.
